Client Relationship Manager
Are you a commercially-minded client relationship professional who enjoys building strategic partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders and driving growth across key accounts?
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of its most strategic global clients. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work directly with senior partners, international stakeholders and some of the organisation's most important client relationships.
You'll play a key role in developing and delivering client growth plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, strengthening senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring a consistent, best-in-class client experience across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading relationship management activity across strategic global client accounts.
- Developing and executing client growth plans aligned to commercial and relationship objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cross-selling and wider client engagement.
- Working closely with senior partners to deepen relationships.
- Undertaking client and stakeholder mapping, analysing market opportunities and identifying growth areas.
- Gathering and sharing client intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business development activity.
- Supporting strategic pitches, account planning and client development initiatives.
- Collaborating with global teams to deliver a joined-up, client-centric approach across international offices.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insight, challenge and recommendations to support client growth.
- Helping embed best practice in client relationship management across the wider business.

You'll likely bring:
- Experience within Client Relationship Management, Client Development, Key Account Management or strategic Business Development.
- A track record of managing and growing complex client relationships within a law or professional services environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
- A data-led approach to relationship management, using insight and intelligence to shape strategy.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience operating within a global or matrix environment.
- The credibility to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior partners.
