Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for building, maintaining, and growing long-term relationships with Accoru customers. In this role, the individual will act as a primary point of contact, guiding new customers through onboarding, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive value from the platform.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing product education and best practices
- Coordinating with support and product teams to resolve issues
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

The Client Relationship Manager will also:
- Gather customer feedback
- Contribute to improving processes and documentation
- Help identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities that align with customer goals
Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams will be essential to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, customer success, and account management skills, with experience serving small businesses or SaaS customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with cloud-based software, CRMs, and collaboration tools; familiarity with accounting or financial software is a plus.
- Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable value and improving customer outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across distributed teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a SaaS startup or high-growth environment is beneficial.
