Posting Description

We’re hiring for a Client Relationship Manager to support our growing Wealth team in Bromsgrove!

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to provide administrative support across all areas of service delivery, working closely with the Office Manager and relevant Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working within the private client and financial planning industry
  • A proven understanding of private client back office software
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience of cashflow modelling software
  • Transparency with a desire to adhere to the highest standards of compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise work effectively

Using these skills, you’ll be:

  • Preparing client annual review meetings and maintain compliance in the ongoing suitability reports
  • Compiling client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submission
  • Preparing of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in a compliant fashion for financial advisers
  • Delivering additional business submissions with Providers
  • Handling ongoing client information in the back office to maintain accuracy
  • Following Adviser review meetings
  • Liaising with the compliance department, accounts and other parts of the business to lead delivery
  • Looking after any ad hoc client queries
