Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager
I'm currently working with an elite international law firm seeking a Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager to support one of the firm's most significant global client relationships.
This is a highly visible role, sitting at the intersection of client development, legal operations, pricing, project management and innovation. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape and deliver the strategy for a key account, ensuring exceptional client service while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a strategic global client relationship
- Driving client account plans and growth initiatives
- Coordinating complex stakeholder groups across the firm
- Overseeing budgets, billing compliance and fee arrangements
- Supporting client feedback, reporting and service excellence initiatives
- Leading operational improvements and process efficiencies
- Acting as a key point of contact for client-related projects and innovation programmes, including AI adoption and governance
