Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that security services meet agreed expectations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal operations and security teams to implement tailored solutions
- Oversee service performance and respond promptly to client feedback, queries, and incident reports
- Conduct regular review meetings
- Prepare service reports
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
- Support the development of long-term partnership strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support bid and proposal processes
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing activities
Qualifications
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Experience in service delivery coordination or account management, ideally within security services, facilities management, or a related sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and prepare concise reports and documentation.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through on client commitments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret service performance data, address client issues, and propose improvements.
- Comfort working on-site with clients and internal teams, with a proactive and professional approach to collaboration.
- Proficiency with standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Relevant experience in security, risk management, or customer service is highly beneficial; a background in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to attend client meetings and site visits as required.
