Client Relationship Manager
Manchester City Centre - office based
£35,000 - £40,000 basic + bonus
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the finance industry? Our client, a leading organisation based in the City Centre of Manchester, is seeking a passionate Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. If you're enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their financial goals, this role is for you!
This role is working for a start-up so we are looking for proactive, driven, and motivated individuals who want to grow with the business.
About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our client journey. Your mission? To ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and reassuring—from the very first enquiry to the later stages of the financial planning process. Here's what you can expect:
- Build Trust: Establish meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing guidance every step of the way.
- Deliver Excellence: Coordinate with Financial Advisers and the wider team to ensure a seamless and outstanding client experience.
- Keep Clients Informed: Arrange key meetings and keep clients updated on progress, reflecting our commitment to service and professionalism.

Your Experience:
Previous experience in a client-facing, sales, or account management role is essential. You should have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate confidently via phone and email, coordinate appointments, and deliver exceptional service. Experience in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key will set you up for success.
