About the Role
An ambitious practice with a different approach. Modern, innovative, and the fastest-growing accountancy practice in the UK, this business is building an exciting place for ambitious accountants to develop their careers.
The focus is on strong client relationships, valuable advice, and continually improving how accountancy services are delivered. You’ll join a growing team where you can contribute ideas, help shape the client experience, and play an active part in developing others.
That modern approach extends to your working week. With a genuine four-day week, hybrid working, and flexible start and finish times, there’s room to build a rewarding career alongside a life you enjoy outside it.
We’re looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified Client Relationship Manager to join the North Shields team - someone who enjoys understanding a client’s business, explaining what the numbers mean, and helping colleagues do their best work.
What’s in it for you
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
