Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are supporting a successful manufacturing business in Oldbury as they recruit a Client Relationship Manager : perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering commercial value within an industrial or manufacturing setting.

If you enjoy owning your client portfolio, working with multiple teams, and being the person customers trust, this role offers the ideal mix of autonomy, collaboration, and commercial responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, trusted relationships and act as the main point of contact.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen retention.
  • Manufacturing Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, Project Management and Finance to deliver practical, value-adding solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Own client issues, think creatively, and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and prepare quotations and RFQs.
  • Technical Learning: Develop a working understanding of paint systems and customer project requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
  • Background in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Confidence working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Environment

  • Office-based in Oldbury
  • Travel to client sites and industry events (own car required)
  • Mix of virtual and in-person client meetings
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director, with support from the Operations Manager
