The Opportunity

An established and growing Wealth Management firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth management of client relationships and administration throughout the advice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate client records
  • Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service
  • Prepare client documentation and meeting packs for advisers
  • Process new business applications and monitor cases through to completion
  • Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to obtain information and progress client requests
  • Maintain and update CRM and back-office systems
  • Support advisers with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning documentation
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers and external providers

About You

  • Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services
  • Strong administration and client relationship management skills
  • Experience processing new business and liaising with providers
  • Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar back-office systems would be advantageous
