Manchester | Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
4 positions available

FIND are partnering with one of the UK's leading technology training and workforce development organisations as they continue to grow their Manchester commercial team.

The business partners with organisations across the UK to develop their people through apprenticeships, professional training, and digital/technology skills programmes.

We're looking for 4 Client Relationship Managers to join the team, with opportunities across both their Apprenticeship and Commercial divisions.

The Role

This is a relationship-led account management position, not a high-volume new business role.

You'll inherit an existing portfolio of customers and be responsible for developing those relationships, understanding their wider business and workforce challenges, and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing an existing portfolio of B2B customers
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and share of wallet within existing accounts
  • Re-engaging dormant customers and rebuilding relationships
  • Running consultative client meetings to understand workforce, skills, and training requirements
  • Identifying opportunities across the wider portfolio of apprenticeship, technology, and professional training solutions
  • Developing structured account plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline of growth opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
