Role Purpose

We’re looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that RCK Partners' key clients receive a consistently high level of service throughout the R&D tax claim process, from initial onboarding through to claim completion and submission.

A key responsibility will be ensuring that every key client has regular contact with a member of the RCK team, with no client going more than two weeks without meaningful communication. Where clients become unresponsive, information is outstanding or a claim stalls at any stage, you will take ownership of re engaging the client, identifying the blocker and coordinating the relevant internal teams to get the claim back into the normal delivery pipeline.

The role will suit someone with strong client/stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring things get done.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
