Position Overview

The CRM owns RDT’s commercial and strategic relationship with allocated clients, building trusted partnerships, aligning expectations and translating current and future needs into clear plans, measurable value and sustainable revenue growth.

Working across agile, multi-disciplinary engagements, the CRM leads account governance and client-facing commercial communication. Delivery teams own requirements, design, build and implementation once work is agreed, while the CRM retains relationship oversight, coordinates stakeholders and manages the commercial impact of change.

The CRM acts as a trusted adviser and the voice of the client within RDT, combining client and insurance-market insight with RDT’s product, technology and delivery expertise. The role balances disciplined day-to-day execution with long-term relationship development, account growth and wider Business Development priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial and strategic relationship between RDT and allocated clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a clear understanding of client priorities, risks, opportunities and overall account health.
  • Act as the day-to-day escalation point for client issues, maintaining clear client communication and ensuring actions are owned and progressed through to resolution.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate client governance, including account reviews, service reviews, steering committees and executive engagement.
  • Create and maintain client account plans, understanding their current and future business needs, planning how RDT can support these requirements and generating additional revenue opportunities as a result.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business strategy, operating model, market environment and technology landscape.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including operational, technology, commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Manage the commercial lifecycle of client engagements, including SOWs, change requests, negotiations, renewals, contractual amendments and approvals.
  • Maintain oversight of account revenue, commercial performance and forecasting.
  • Work closely with Product, Delivery, Applications Support, Finance, Marketing and Leadership teams to ensure client priorities and commitments remain aligned.
  • Act as the voice of the client within RDT, translating client feedback and market developments into actionable insight.
  • Keep up to date with RDT products, strategic initiatives, technology developments and release plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage commercial, delivery, relationship and operational risks through to resolution.
  • Liaise with operational delivery management regarding project progress, release schedules and resource availability.
  • Deliver clear, concise and timely communications, presentations, workshops and client meetings.
  • Arrange and facilitate client training, workshops, demonstrations and executive engagement activities.
  • Contribute to wider business development activities including partner relationships, conferences, industry events and strategic initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
