Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team onsite with a prestigious client. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace experience across a flagship corporate headquarters focusing on the soft services. You’ll ensure service excellence, operational performance, and client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Acting as the primary strategic interface between the client and Bidvest Noonan, you will build trusted stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement initiatives, champion innovation and ensure the consistent delivery of world-class workplace and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the primary onsite point of contact.
  • Lead operational, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring actions and improvements are delivered.
  • Oversee service delivery across all contracted services, driving performance against KPIs and service standards.
  • Champion an experience-led service culture, ensuring all client-facing environments are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and customer experience.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, audit readiness, health and safety standards, and accurate performance reporting.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire onsite teams to deliver service excellence and a strong customer-focused culture.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, or Soft Services leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service within a corporate or financial services environment.

You’ll have strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, presenting at executive level, and driving operational excellence. Commercially astute and customer-focused, they will be passionate about creating outstanding workplace experiences, leading high-performing teams, and delivering continuous improvement and innovation.
