Salary: £36,000 Basic (OTE Up to 50K)

We have an exciting opportunity available in Central London to join a highly motivated and dynamic global Client Relations team. Working with organisations such as JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, this market-leading business provides intelligence across the Global Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Political Risk markets. Having achieved 30% year-on-year growth and with the backing of private equity investors, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking to grow its Client Relations team to support increasing demand from its global client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in Client Relations, Customer Success and Account Management. Our client is seeking driven, relationship-focused individuals who are organised, proactive and eager to make an impact while managing relationships with some of the world's leading financial institutions.

WHO YOU ARE
- 1-2 years’ experience within a target focused Client Relations, Customer Success or Account Management role
- Degree educated with a minimum of 2:1 achieved
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Relationship-focused and enjoy building trust with clients
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven, proactive and able to take ownership of your workload
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Genuine interest in financial markets is advantageous but not essential
- Ambitious with a desire to develop into a senior or leadership position
- Resilient, professional and solutions-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of global clients
- Acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring clients maximise value
- Owning the client renewal process and supporting long-term retention strategies
- Proactively engaging clients to understand their business objectives and requirements
- Identifying opportunities for product adoption, account growth and trial generation
- Monitoring client engagement and implementing retention plans where required
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across leading financial institutions
