The role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll be working alongside and supporting one of our Client Relationship Directors (CRD) on one of our largest public sector accounts, interacting with our Opencast teams as well as client and partner stakeholders. You'll support our growth on this key client account. You’ll make sure our clients and partners find us easy to work with and support our people to deliver impact. You'll keep the client and partners satisfied by listening, understanding and solving problems.
What you’ll do within our teams:
Key Client Growth
- Identify and scope new growth opportunities across client accounts and delivery teams
- Build tactical networks with clients and partners to unlock future demand
- Track and report on key client targets, contributing to growth planning
- Coordinate documentation, Statements of Work, proposals, pricing, and contract materials
- Collaborate with Marketing to share project wins, case studies, and promotional activity
- Support bid management for new and existing client work

Client Relationship Management
- Coordination and management of a key client account
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and partners
- Ensure all client/legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored
- Work on enhancing the overall client experience journey
- Monitor contractual and compliance commitments, highlighting issues where needed
- Represent Opencast’s values in every client interaction
- Support with client issue resolution and escalation management
- Compile impact reports, KPIs, and board-level updates
- Organise and deliver client meetings, team events, and networking sessions
Demand Management
- Work with clients and partners to identify and respond to upcoming demand
- Keep demand pipelines, trackers, and logs up to date
- Support the onboarding of team members with internal and external stakeholders
- Review billing reports and assist with general team queries
- Act as a third-line support contact for people or admin queries when needed

Salary
£46,000 - £55,000 per annum

Where you’ll work
This role requires regular on-site attendance at our HQ, hub offices, and client sites, as well as the ability to work from home. Applicants must be able to travel to offices and client sites across the UK as part of their normal working arrangements, as travel is essential for fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.
