About The Role

Reports to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager

The purpose of this position is to administer a portfolio of Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and Financial Reporting Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for administrative matters for a number of fund structures within a team
  • Manage the onboarding and subscription process for investments into underlying private equity and alternative investment funds, including AML/KYC compliance, legal documentation review, and stakeholder coordination through to execution.
  • Lead and oversee all Luxembourg transfer agency operations, ensuring the accurate processing of investor transactions, maintenance of shareholder registers, completion of AML/KYC requirements, and delivery of high-quality investor services whilst maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Co-ordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice
  • Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
  • Ensure the preparation, review, distribution, and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts
  • Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff
  • Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

  • The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
  • The candidate is required to have proven financial services experience
  • Strong technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
  • Some people management experience
  • Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
  • Act as a “B” level Authorised Signatory
