Client Relationship Manager

The role of Client Relationship Manager will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a high end, luxurious, health service focused on integrative preventative medicine and the science of ageing.

You will own how clients first experience HOOKE, and the whole journey from client onboarding and onward service experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys delivering outstanding client service and building long term relationships.

Brief Outline

Role: Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £30,500 + for 3 day week
Contract: 1 year maternity cover with onward possibility of permanent position
Location: 86 Brook Street, London W1K 5AY
Working hours: 3 days / week, Mon-Wed preferred (09:00-17:30) Rota work outside of hours so flexibility required

Key Responsibilities

Client Journey & Onboarding

  • Own the end-to-end new client journey,
  • Act as the main point of contact for client cohort
  • Work closely with clinical, operations and membership colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, discretion and attention to detail
  • Concierge support for clients: participation in out-of-hours rota providing 7-day client support

Client Operations

  • Work with Operations team in appointment booking, completion and coordination of client documentation and forms, supporting where necessary
  • CRM management: clients, referral network, sales tracker
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with supplier and referral network to ensure delivery of best-in-class service for clients
  • Proactively maintaining client relationships, ensuring appropriate follow-up and identifying opportunities for continued engagement with Hooke

Communication & Brand Representation

  • Communicate in a way that reflects the HOOKE voice: clear, precise and professional
  • Adapt communication style to different client types e.g. analytical, time-poor, sceptical
  • Knowing when to defer to the appropriate clinical or subject-matter expert
  • Represent the brand appropriately when dealing with UHNW individuals

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Confident, professional and well-presented
  • Comfortable speaking with high-level clients
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience in sales, client services, concierge, private members’ clubs, or similar environments
  • Exposure to UHNW clients or premium service environments
  • Interest in health, longevity, fitness or wellbeing
