Client Relationship Manager – London
£42,000–£45,000 basic + £15,000–£18,000 OTE (Uncapped)

I'm working with one of the UK's leading technology and digital learning businesses that's looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager into its London commercial team.
You'll be selling a broad portfolio of learning solutions across areas including AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Data, Software Development and Leadership.
The role will involve:
- Managing and growing established B2B customer relationships
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Identifying new stakeholders and commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Leading virtual and face-to-face client meetings
- Understanding customer challenges and recommending the right solutions
- Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers
- Managing your own pipeline and working towards an approx. £25k monthly revenue target

This is a genuine mix of new business and Account Management. You'll have existing customers to develop, but they're looking for somebody commercially minded who will proactively create opportunities, win new customers and grow existing relationships.
What they're looking for:
- 3+ years' B2B sales experience
- Strong Account Management, Business Development or Client Relationship experience
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Comfortable generating and winning new business
- Experience selling services, solutions or technology
- Consultative sales approach
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Ambitious and looking for genuine long-term progression

The role offers 3 days per week in the London office and 2 from home, increasing to 4 office days during the final week of the month.
There's also clear progression within an established business, alongside structured onboarding and ongoing development.
