Role Outline

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our collaborative team of Relationship Managers. You'll own the strategic, operational and commercial relationship with a portfolio of SME clients, helping us retain them and grow with them. You'll make sure our occupational health service helps clients meet their HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing objectives, and that they can see the value it delivers. What you will be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients and strengthening relationships through honest, proactive communication, including face-to-face visits, phone calls, video calls, email and educational material
  • Working as part of a collaborative team of Relationship Managers to support the needs of our clients
  • Developing and delivering strategic review plans so that our occupational health service supports clients' HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing goals
  • Reviewing the services we deliver and proactively developing initiatives that demonstrate best value and return on investment
  • Advising clients on new and revised occupational health and related services to support the commercial development of their contracts
  • Advising the Business Development team on retender and renewal opportunities, and evidencing contract delivery to support strong, evidence-based responses
  • Analysing client management information to identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Managing sub-contractor relationships, coordinating service delivery and reporting to maximise the benefit for clients
  • Making sure contractual terms are appropriate for the services delivered and amended where necessary
  • Supporting Client Associate Team Managers with significant service delivery changes or contractual issues
  • Upholding our core values by delivering exemplary customer service with professionalism, ethics and trustworthiness, and by protecting sensitive personal information in line with company policy and the law

What We Are Looking For:

You'll bring trusted communication skills and a practical, approachable personality, and you'll be empathetic, thoughtful and professional when resolving client requests. You'll have previous experience in professional services, health insurance or the insurance sectors, along with good IT skills, including knowledge of Office 365, Salesforce and database systems. You'll be able to produce and analyse business management information, manage multiple projects and relationships, and feel comfortable presenting and writing for a professional audience. We're also looking for someone who can work unsupervised while liaising with and coordinating others, who is willing to take a role in their own personal development, and who holds a full UK driver's licence.

Location:

Home-based, with occasional travel to client or team meetings.

Please note that this vacancy is for remote working from home in the UK only.

Working from abroad is not allowed and will not be considered for this role. Applicants must ensure they are able to legally work and reside in the UK and must be available to work during UK working hours.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

£30,500 per annum
