We're hiring a Client Relationship Partner

Salisbury District Hospital

We're hiring a Client Relationship Partner to join Bank Partners who are the UK's leading independent expert in managed bank staff solutions for the NHS.

In this role you will work closely with our NHS clients to ensure their temporary staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for senior NHS stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in finding ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce reliance on agency.
  • Look at management information to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service.
  • Work in partnership with our internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolve day to day queries.
