Full-time | Permanent | Office-based | Stockbridge, Hampshire
Build relationships. Guide families. Drive growth.
Access Care is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Client Relationship & Sales Consultant to join our established, family-run business in Stockbridge.
This is a relationship-led sales role, taking ownership of new client enquiries from their first conversation with us through to becoming an Access Care client.
You'll speak with families who are considering live-in care, often at an important or difficult point in their lives. Your role is to understand their circumstances, build trust, explain their options clearly and confidently, and guide them towards the right arrangement.
This is consultative sales: warm, intelligent and highly personal — but it is also a commercial role. You'll be responsible for disciplined follow-up, progressing opportunities, maintaining an accurate pipeline and converting suitable enquiries into new clients.
What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of new client enquiries from first contact through to commencement.
- Building trusted relationships with prospective clients and their families.
- Understanding each family's circumstances, priorities and requirements.
- Explaining Access Care's service, fees and live-in care arrangements clearly and confidently.
- Managing a busy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Following up consistently and proactively.
- Converting suitable enquiries into new clients.
- Handling sensitive and sometimes complex conversations with warmth, discretion and professionalism.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring opportunities are progressed appropriately.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to commencement.
- Contributing to client growth and the wider commercial success of Access Care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
