ChangeNet Solutions is seeking a hands-on Client Reporting Data & Automation Lead
Asset Management
We’re seeking an experienced technical lead to own the design and delivery of a bespoke client reporting automation solution within asset management.
You’ll translate complex investment datasets into client-specific reporting outputs, establishing the architecture, reusable mapping frameworks and automation needed to deliver a scalable reporting capability.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, from source-data analysis and solution design through to automated report generation and validation.
- Design reusable data mapping and transformation frameworks to support bespoke client reporting requirements.
- Lead the implementation of automated template population, including tables, charts, commentary and calculated fields.
- Establish end-to-end data lineage, quality validation and controls for changes to templates and mappings.
- Coordinate delivery across reporting specialists, data teams and technology stakeholders, defining and delivering against clear success measures.
- Demonstrate measurable reductions in manual processing and define a roadmap for wider adoption.

Essential skills and experience
- Strong client reporting experience within asset management, with a deep understanding of performance, holdings, attribution and client-specific reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to analyse bespoke reporting templates, identify field-level requirements and map these to underlying investment datasets.
- Experience designing transformation and translation rules between internal data structures and client reporting formats.
- Demonstrable experience implementing automated solutions that populate client reporting templates accurately and consistently.
- Proven ownership of technical solution design and delivery, creating reusable mapping and automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data lineage, data quality validation and reporting controls.
- Ability to make technical design decisions and work effectively across business and technology teams.

Desirable experience
- Knowledge of investment platforms and associated reporting datasets.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power Platform or other reporting automation tools.
- A background in data architecture or technical business analysis.
This opportunity suits a Data Architect or Data & Automation Lead who combines deep investment reporting knowledge with the technical expertise to take a solution from requirements through to a working, scalable capability.
Hybrid working: at least three days per week in London.
