One Network Client Service Advisor (Full time 12 month FTC)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused colleague to join the Enterprise Channel as a One Network Client Service advisor.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, building relationships and making a meaningful difference to the customer experience. Primarily focused on outbound engagement to our B2B and Wholesale customers, you will play a key role in supporting successful migrations as we transition from the traditional copper network to a digital network.
Working collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues across the business, you will take ownership of guiding customers through the migration journey, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and confident throughout the process. Salary: £25,662 per annum, (12 months FTC)
Location: Carr Lane, Hull, (3 office days per week Tuesday to Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing
- The role will involve managing customer enquires across email, telephone and live chat on both reactive and proactive basis
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all customer information systems are kept up to date.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to support collaboration.
- Ensure all activity is completed in line with GDPR, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage workload effectively to balance quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
We are keen to hear from colleagues who can demonstrate:
- A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving performance objectives.
- Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions for customers.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, taking ownership of tasks and customer outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable
- Experience within telecoms, technology, utilities, or other service-based industries.
