Overview
17Capital’s Client Service team is looking to hire an Analyst to join their team in London to continue to drive the rapid growth of this area and the firm. The Client Service team sits within the Investor Relations team and the individual will work closely with the Investor Relations team in London, New York, Paris, and Dubai and assist them in managing the existing LP base as well as supporting the quarterly reporting process, maintenance of marketing materials, responding to DDQ/RFPs and wider Investor Relations workstreams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to deliver a first-class and effective client relations service
- Assist with the development of fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs, investor updates, and other investor communications, including PPMs, DDQs, case studies, etc.
- Support the preparation of materials for investor reporting
- Support the management of the investor portal and fundraising data rooms
- Provide hands-on support to the existing investor base and respond to investor requests and queries
- Utilize AI tools and data analytics to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and where relevant, generate data-driven insights for the team

Skills and Experience
- A team player who can work in a collaborative, dynamic environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong work ethic and someone who can take ownership of their work whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong academics and a background in financial services is preferred
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Having a technology-related qualification will be advantageous
- Competent with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve efficiency and support day-to-day tasks
