Jobsquad is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, globally recognised investment management firm based in London.
With around 600 people in the London office and a young, dynamic team culture, this company genuinely invests in its people's growth.
Important: this is not a sales or customer service position. It's a back-office operations role that supports the sales team with administrative and client management tasks - coordination, reporting, and operational support.
The ideal profile
A Dutch or Danish speaker, early in their career, with a background in Finance, Economics, or Business - who is genuinely excited about building a long-term career in financial services. This is a rare entry-level opportunity to land inside a globally recognised investment firm from day one and grow from the inside out.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
