About the Role
Due to continued growth and the opportunities this presents, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a Client Services Co-Ordinator.
This role is integral to delivering an exceptional first impression of Coodes. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while supporting the wider business.

What You Will Do
- Manage the front-of-house function for the St Austell office, providing a welcoming and professional client experience.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages using Microsoft Teams.
- Support client enquiry triage and routing, ensuring clients reach the most appropriate team.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Central Support team during quieter periods.
Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service, call handling or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Location
St Austell office
Hours
This is a full time position - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
