About Us

Boss Consulting, founded in 2018, has rapidly become a leading provider of project management consulting services with an extensive network of experienced consultants and some amazing clients. We specialise in supporting business with their technology transformation journeys, delivering customised solutions to help businesses achieve their goals. Our expertise with leading technology providers enables us to streamline operations, transform processes and technology, and deliver digital strategies. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an experienced Client Service Delivery Manager to join our team for the next phase of our mission.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Client Service Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of the operational delivery of client engagements across our ERP-centred transformation and consulting portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of project management, service delivery management and account management, you'll be the day-to-day link between our sales and delivery teams and our client's procurement teams, making sure resources are deployed effectively, contracts are delivered against commitments and SLA terms, the right resources are deployed, quality is maintained, and every engagement runs to a high and consistent standard.

This is a hybrid role: part project delivery, part service management, part commercial stewardship. Where you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams on resourcing and growth opportunities, with delivery leadership on quality and performance, and with the wider business supporting the continuous improvement initiative of how we operate.

Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing & Account Support

  • Support the delivery teams in identifying resource opportunities within customer projects, spotting where additional or specialist capability could add value to the client and the account.
  • Contribute delivery-side insight into account/project reviews, renewals and growth discussions led by the delivery and account teams or senior leadership team.

Quality & Performance Reporting

  • Support delivery leadership with quality tracking and performance reporting across client engagements, including delivery milestones, service levels and client satisfaction.
  • Help maintain consistent reporting standards (RAG status, KPIs, risk and issue logs) so that delivery leadership and clients have a clear, accurate picture of engagement health.
  • Identify emerging delivery or service risks early and escalate through the appropriate governance channel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, genuinely interested in refining how the business delivers rather than simply following existing process.
  • Commercially astute, with an appreciation of how delivery quality and resourcing decisions affect account health and growth.
  • Candidates with experience in business or project environments utilising SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics are preferred. You should be able to demonstrate strong product knowledge and an understanding of how enterprise systems support business operations and transformation initiatives.
