Company Description

Taurus Risk Management is a directly FCA-regulated insurance brokerage based in the City of London. We work with UK businesses and private clients to implement effective insurance strategies that ensure key risks are properly protected at the right price. Our approach focuses on practical solutions that meet each client's specific requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London area, with some flexibility to work from home. Taurus is a growing brokerage entering its next phase of growth, and the Client Service Executive will play a key role in both sides of that: delivering exceptional service across existing SME accounts, develop and win new SME business.

You'll handle day-to-day policy administration, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and quotations, ensuring clients receive exceptional service at every stage. Alongside this, you'll be actively involved in the firm's new business efforts, from identifying opportunities and preparing quotations to supporting pitches and following up on prospects. This role suits an organised, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of insurance processes who also enjoys the commercial side of broking and wants to grow with the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
