Client Services Executive (E-commerce)
Central London | £30,000 + Benefits | Global Media Company
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment?
We're partnering with a globally recognised media and entertainment business to find a Client Services Executive to join their growing team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a brand with a worldwide audience, supporting customers and partners across a range of digital and e-commerce products and services.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing customer and client enquiries across multiple channels.
- Providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey.
- Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Supporting e-commerce operations and online customer experiences.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and helping deliver a world-class customer experience.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Client Services, Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Support role.
- Experience working within an e-commerce or digital commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting a global customer base would be an advantage.
