ARE YOU THE ONE?
We’re looking for a bilingual (English and German) EMEA Client Services expert to join our retail excellence programme, acting as the direct link between the UK Hub, local market client and in-market partner agency. You’ll manage client activity, campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio, using your language skills and commercial focus to build trust, drive performance and deliver brilliant retail execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Act as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency
- Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery
- Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
- Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
- Influence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholders
- Identify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- Fluent in English & German, both written and verbal
- Previous account management or customer-facing experience, ideally across European markets
- Able to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week
- Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
- Excellent relationship building skills across multicultural, multi-market teams
- Proactive, resilient and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £44,000 - £55,000 Per Annum + 20% Bonus
- Company Sick Pay + Life Assurance: 4 times your annual salary
