We are hiring: Client Service & UK Logistics Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
At Bob Snail making it truly healthy is our mission! Our snacks are a household staple for millions, and we are expanding our supply chain operations in the UK market.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service & UK Logistics Manager to join our Export Supply Chain team on a part-time basis!
Work Format: Fully Remote
Schedule: Part-time (4 hours/day, Mon–Fri)
Role Objective: Support end-to-end logistics and top-tier client service for our UK market operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Documentation: Accurately enter sales orders into corporate ERP/WMS systems (verifying prices, tax rates, and expiration dates), issue invoices, and prepare complete shipping documentation.
- Inventory & Stock Flow Control: Monitor real-time stock balances, track product movements across systems, and maintain high data accuracy.
- EDI Operations & Implementation: Handle daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) exchanges with clients and support ongoing EDI integration projects.
- 3PL & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the performance of external UK logistics providers, carriers, and warehouses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Export) to optimize workflows, resolve delivery issues, and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Reporting: Compile analytical reports for internal logistics monitoring.

Requirements:
- Experience: Hands-on background in transport logistics, warehousing, or client service/export logistics.
- UK Market Expertise: Familiarity with the UK domestic/export logistics market and supply chain practices (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, experience working with ERP/WMS systems, and EDI data exchange platforms.
- Languages: English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher for daily communication.
- Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
