The Role
WestSpring are continuously growing their client base and due to this continued growth, this role has been created to be a key part of the Client Services function.
The role is sales and account management focused, providing quarterly account reviews and assessing your client base to understand opportunity and deliver revenue growth.
You will be responsible for your own client pool, support the Client Product Specialist on delivering the Hardware and Software Profit number and provide assistance to our account management team with sales admin and activity.
The Client Services Account Executive will work predominantly from our head office however, there will be on-site meetings and proposal opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while working in a fast-paced, structured environment. You’ll predominantly manage a portfolio of clients as a desk-based role however, there will be an opportunity to visit clients on site and at partner/WestSpring events, ensuring they receive excellent service, while also supporting our procurement function to deliver solutions accurately and efficiently across the business.
Responsibilities
Client Management (Lite Clients)
- Own and manage a pool of smaller / lite clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive client experience across day-to-day interactions
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
- Understand each client’s business and identify opportunities to improve their IT setup
- Handle general queries, minor escalations and service follow-ups
- Ensure clients feel supported without needing full account management
- Own and Support with new client on and offboarding processes
- Manage and own client account and conflict meetings, escalating for support where appropriate

Client Reviews & Commercial Support
- Prepare and support remote service reviews (lite/structured)
- Assist CEMs/Senior CEMs With:
- Quotes
- Roadmap updates
- Contract Upsell and Renewals
- Service recommendations
- Identify and flag upsell or improvement opportunities
- Maintaining your own pipeline, pending opportunities and client follow-ups
- Ensure client review and management KPIs are strategically planned and prepared for, ensuring meeting notes are clear and SMART
- Preparing client renewal options and upsell opportunities
Procurement Support
- Support the CPS (Client Product Specialist) with procurement quoting such as Hardware, Licensing, connectivity, and Services
- Manage supplier quotes and comparisons (Cost, specification and lead times), including negotiation where appropriate
- Ensure accurate order processing and tracking
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
- Maintain pricing consistency, margin awareness and commercial accuracy
Internal Coordination & Cultural Alignment
- Work closely and proactively with all other areas of the business
- Ensure tickets, onboarding tasks and procurement activities are progressing correctly as to company standards
- Help maintain clear communication between teams and clients
- Promote and maintain the WestSpring Company Values and culture
Process & Admin Ownership
- Maintain CRM and Documentation accuracy
- Support reporting on client activity and procurement pipeline
- Continuously look to improve efficiency and standardisation of processes
Skills And Experience
- Experience in an account management or client-facing role, involving commercial conversations and sales processes
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple smaller clients simultaneously and ability to maintain your own calendar structure
- Confident using remote communication and admin tools (Teams, Email, CRM Systems)
- Strong attention to detail. Especially for quotes, orders and client communication
- Proactive and Self-driven with a service-first mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a “best thing for the client” attitude towards sales
- Is able to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintains a proactive approach

Desirable
- Experience within IT/Managed Services/Telecoms or Procurement and Supplier management
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT Infrastructure
- Experience with quoting tools and CRM Systems
