Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Services team. Ideally you’ll have either 1 year’s agency experience or perhaps a recent graduate with a relevant subject and some work experience in or around agencies.

This role is internally facing initially, focused on helping all our PR, SEO and Social teams deliver on client projects and retainers. Success looks like on time on budget every time and is a huge opportunity to learn what makes delivering great work in an award-winning agency happen. We need someone hungry to learn and willing to roll their sleeves up in Account Management to make the big creative ideas become a reality.

We are an office-first agency, offering a great degree of flexibility. This means we work and come together in our office spaces up to 2 days a week to collaborate, share ideas, innovate, and be creative, creating the best work together.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF

  • You know how to build and maintain strong internal team relationships across manager level
  • You have an eye for detail and ensure our client reports are compelling
  • You love all things digital, have an enthusiasm for multiple areas of digital marketing and an interest in SEO and Content (including social media, digital PR, technical SEO, data and insight)
  • You want to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment
  • You want to work with a portfolio of global brands who are looking to Rise at Seven for something new and different – but most importantly, to make an impact
  • You want to be part of and help drive award-winning strategies and be part of a team that celebrates success together

OBJECTIVES

  • Ensure efficient and careful management of both new and existing client accounts
  • Work closely with the Account Directors and Client Services Director where needed to ensure smooth running of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with your clients on a day-to-day level
  • Make sure clients know what Rise at Seven is doing for them week by week – with clear action logs and task deadlines
  • Input and support Account Managers or Directors on client meetings across your accounts, making sure that slides are up to date and done on time
  • Ensure that all the right people are attending your client meeting, ensuring everyone understands the role they play on the account and how they can add value
  • Ensure effective collaboration between the teams which are working on your clients’ accounts and keep them informed on how these accounts are performing
  • Make sure that client teams are aware of the clients’ priorities and needs
  • Showcase our work to your clients (our SEO, PR, Content offerings and so on), helping them to see the bigger picture
  • Spot opportunities to make the way we deliver work for clients better, bringing proactive ideas and solutions to relevant senior team members to streamline our approach or find efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities to grow your clients’ accounts and increase our impact – identify what they need before your clients even do, working collaboratively with internal teams and our senior management to get things done, going beyond the brief

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
