Due to growth, we're looking for Client Services Account Handlers to join our team in Bristol.

At eXPD8, you'll work with leading brands and major UK retailers, turning client objectives into flawless in-store execution. As a Client Services Account Handler, you'll take ownership of your accounts, using data, planning, and strong relationships to bring campaigns to life.

About The Role

This is a key role within our Client Services team, responsible for managing client accounts end-to-end and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively through our field teams. You'll take ownership of your accounts, translating client requirements into clear plans, actionable insights, and successful in-store execution.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days in our Bristol Head Office, 3 days working from home

How You'll Deliver Excellence

  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered to brief and on time
  • Analyse client data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Build accurate, tailored reports that tell a compelling performance story
  • Use data to influence decisions and enhance campaign outcomes
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Proactively manage client requests and expectations
  • Support and contribute to regular client review meetings
  • Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions
  • Continuously refine processes to improve delivery and performance
  • Create clear, detailed instructions for field teams to execute activity successfully
  • Develop and manage project plans that align with client expectations and operational delivery

What Makes You Excellent

  • Previous administration and client account handling experience
  • Ideally, experience in or knowledge of retail
  • IT literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Genuine interest in retail and in-store execution
  • Comfortable engaging with clients to uncover needs and build relationships
  • Experience working with UK-based clients
  • Able to commute to Bristol as required
