Job Title: Senior Client Services Account Manager
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working, 3-days in office)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + Bonus

The agency works with a portfolio of global and challenger brands across a wide variety of industries, with a performance team spanning SEO, paid media, social, content, and CRM. Client services sits at the heart of the business, connecting commercial ambition with delivery excellence across all channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Senior Client Services Account Manager, you'll act as the performance lead across a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring the delivery of joined-up, commercially focused performance marketing activity across paid media, SEO, social, and CRM.
- Act as a trusted performance partner to clients, owning the overall success of their performance activity
- Translate client business goals into clear performance objectives and KPIs across channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI
- Own and evolve account plans, aligning growth opportunities to both client goals and agency targets
- Lead client meetings, status updates, and quarterly reviews, ensuring agendas, slides, and channel team inputs are clear and timely
- Create briefs for performance teams, with clear outputs and expectations
- Keep internal teams fully informed of client priorities, feedback, and performance expectations
- Own revenue targets and account growth plans, identifying and presenting upsell and cross-sell opportunities backed by performance data
- Oversee campaign and project delivery across paid, SEO, and social, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met
- Maintain accurate financial forecasts and oversee invoicing in line with agreed deliverables
- Ensure reporting is clear, accurate, and insight led, challenging performance teams on narrative quality where necessary
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of paid media, SEO, and social, with the ability to review accounts at a high level and challenge strategy and results constructively
- Comfortable discussing attribution, tracking, and reporting across performance channels
- Familiar with GA4, ad platforms, and performance analytics tooling
- Strong commercial awareness, with a clear focus on retention, growth, and profitability
- Confident communicating performance marketing concepts between clients and internal teams
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities across accounts
- Experience in a client services or account management role within a performance marketing or digital agency environment
