After seven fantastic years with PW Creative, one of our valued team members is moving on to a new chapter, creating a rare opportunity to join our team.
We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager / Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships, managing creative projects from brief to delivery, and becoming a trusted extension of our clients' teams.
The role
At PW Creative, no two days are the same. You'll work across branding, design, exhibitions, digital, video and marketing projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding briefs
- Coordinating projects with our creative team
- Managing budgets and timelines
- Ensuring we continue to deliver the level of service our clients expect from us

We're a small, experienced team, so this is a hands-on role where your ideas and contribution will genuinely matter.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Commercially aware

- Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
You'll ideally have previous experience in an Account Management or Client Services role, preferably within a creative, design, marketing or similar agency environment.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable managing multiple projects and clients at the same time, can communicate confidently with both clients and creatives, and takes ownership of getting things done.

The details
- Salary: £37,000 per annum
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Dartford, Kent
- Hybrid working: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from our Dartford office, with Monday and Friday working from home.
