Client Services Administrative Assistant
Location - Office based in Bangor, Gwynedd
While providing integrity to the casino and gambling industry for more than 37 years, GLI has established an incomparable team of professionals. We are looking for a Client Services Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
The client services administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support within the Sales department. This position is responsible for the operation of all activities or initiatives related to sales, addressing any issues or discrepancies, as needed.

- Support the proposal drafting for the EMEA Sales Team and interface with Operations to provide clear, complete, and accurate proposals to clients, fulfilling the procedures and requirements of the PTS (Proposal Tracking System)
- Supporting the updates of the CRM system to keep the strength of the customer’s information, the opportunities, contacts and all information sales and client related.
- Create weekly/monthly reports and work with all levels of internal client within GLI.
- Receive and answering enquiries as well as dealing with internal and occasionally external clients via email.
- Ensure essential admin tasks are carried out whenever necessary to provide critical and effective support to fulfil procedures with Legal, Finance, QA, and other departments in GLI.
- Follow up specific processes such as NDA, new GLI Access requests, JIRA Access requests, sanity checks, Submissions for specific projects, etc.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Education, Experience and Skills:
- A passion for customer success/support
- Preferable MBO +/HBO thinking level
- Experience with CRM and or Dynamics is a plus
- Experience with creating sales reports is a plus
- Pro-active attitude
- Structured way of working
- Overview, identifying processes or issues and address these.
- Being a team player with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
