We are offering a unique opportunity to join Surrey's leading provider of mental health support in Surrey. Family run and established for over 20 years, we have grown to 5 practices across Surrey and are passionate about providing leading edge mental healthcare to all in our community.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your energetic approach will help foster strong relationships, streamline communication, and support the overall success of our client service operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of client engagement, contributing to a positive experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage telephone and email enquiries
  • Undertake the client intake and referral process
  • Maintain the practice environment to a specific standard
  • Provide administration support as directed
  • Provide operational support as directed
  • Provide monthly reporting as required
  • Organise CPD events and support with the Employees Assistance Programme
  • Support the Manager

Skills

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other well-known programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Be forward thinking and share ideas to improve efficiency.
  • Full driving licence and car required.
