Job Outline

We are looking for a focused individual to join our growing team. Working in the administration team assisting with the daily operations of a wealth management office to ensure high standards of client service, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and team performance.

This role supports the financial advisors on non-advisory business functions enabling the advisors to focus on client relationships and financial planning.

This is an opportunity to grow in a supportive and nurturing environment, build further qualifications, and be rewarded for demonstrating hard work and positive results.

The Role

  • Helping to maximise the team’s output and drive the team forward by promoting efficient collaborative working
  • Liaise with advisers, providers, and administration centres to progress cases to completion
  • Supporting the team to ensure business processes are adhered to in line with Practice and regulatory standards – maximise the PQS and productivity metrics
  • You will be communicating with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the advisers
  • Report on & track leads, referrals, pipeline activity, and team productivity in CRM
  • Engage our clients, diary management and develop strong relationships with our target audience community
  • Contribute to team strategy, shape its direction and promote a fun working environment
  • When required complete basic suitability reports, applications and submit advice sets

What are we looking for in you

  • Experience in financial services in a private client environment essential
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy, a working knowledge of technical administration, communications, marketing and events
  • Ability to use data for analysis and marketing purposes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with the team
  • Confident communicator, independent thinker with a passion for administration
  • Relevant experience using salesforce, LinkedIn, AI, comms & technology tools
