Role Description
The Client Services Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicestershire. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial inquiry through ongoing service.

Responsibilities

- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Managing correspondence
- Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinating appointments
- Supporting the production of reports and presentations
- Liaising with product providers
- Following internal compliance procedures
The Client Services Administrator contributes directly to the firm’s commitment to excellent customer experience by responding promptly to client requests and supporting the wider team.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner and clear written communication.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or financial planning systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes, with an understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements.
- Customer service mindset, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or a client-facing administrative role is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, finance, or a related field are an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
