Wealth Management Client Services Administrator
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000–£28,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are working with a well-established wealth management business to recruit a Wealth Management Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services, wealth management, or administration who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to develop their career within a professional wealth management environment.
You will support Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers in delivering a high-quality service to private clients, ensuring their financial affairs are administered efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and handling queries professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing and maintaining client documentation and records.
- Processing new business, investments, withdrawals, transfers, and client instructions.
- Assisting with client reviews, meeting preparation, and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with investment platforms, providers, and other third parties.
- Monitoring outstanding requirements and ensuring client cases progress smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing and portfolio administration.
- Assisting with internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within wealth management, financial planning, investment management, or financial services.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients and professional third parties.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused.
- Interested in building a long-term career within wealth management.
- A strong team player who takes ownership of their work.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems.

Previous experience within a wealth management, private client, IFA, or financial planning environment would be advantageous.
