Client Services Administrator
📍 Halifax, West Yorkshire | 💻 Hybrid Working (2–3 days on-site) | 💷 £25,000 DOE
Are you a highly organised Client Services Administrator or Customer Support Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Do you thrive on keeping things running smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience?
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking IT services company to recruit a Client Services Administrator to support their growing operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, service coordination, and IT administration — ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and wearing multiple hats.
🔹 The Role
As Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery by:
- Logging, triaging, and updating client support tickets
- Coordinating IT device logistics, onboarding, and build schedules
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems and internal documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to fulfil client requests
- Monitoring SLAs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supporting compliance and audit processes, including ISO-aligned documentation

🔹 What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in a Client Services, Customer Support, Administrator, or Coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude
(Experience in IT services, MSPs, or technology environments is beneficial but not essential.)
