Join Carousel as a Client Services Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and making sure customers receive the best possible experience?

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Advisor to join our Client Services team at Carousel Logistics, part of the DANX Carousel Group.

This is a predominantly home-based role, giving you the flexibility of remote working, with the option to work from our Sittingbourne office or one of our Midlands offices if you prefer.

As part of a leading pan-European critical service logistics business operating across 10 countries, you’ll join a growing international organisation where great service, personal development and making a difference are genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Services Advisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for our clients and suppliers, taking ownership of enquiries and ensuring they receive a professional, proactive and positive experience.

No two days are exactly the same. You’ll solve problems, manage client relationships, work closely with colleagues across the business and help ensure we consistently deliver the high standards our clients expect.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Delivering service excellence and a consistently positive experience for our clients.
  • Taking ownership of client enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Resolving operational issues quickly and effectively, while keeping clients proactively informed.
  • Working to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Ensuring agreed client service levels (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
  • Building strong and trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Investigating and resolving internal invoice queries to help ensure clients are billed accurately.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service, efficiency and cost.
  • Going the extra mile to find solutions and deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
