Working Pattern
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the Basildon office.

What you’ll be doing:
Cardnet is our payment system offered by us that allows businesses to accept card payments through various channels. It provides solutions for both in-person (POS terminals) and online payments. We also offer solutions for over-the-phone payments that can be integrated with e-commerce platforms.
In this role, you’ll:
- Onboarding new merchants
- Provide an excellent service to new and existing Cardnet merchants
- Handle enquiries and complaints received from our merchants at first touch in accordance with given procedures and timescales.
