We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to join our Marketing team and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for new clients.
You’ll be one of the first people a prospective client speaks with, taking the time to understand their circumstances, why they have made contact, what they are looking for and how they found the business. You’ll then ensure they are connected with the most appropriate adviser or service.
This is not a sales role. It’s a client-focused position centred around building trust, understanding people and making sure every new client receives a professional and seamless experience from their very first interaction.
The Role
- Manage new client enquiries from initial contact through to adviser allocation.
- Speak with prospective clients to understand their needs and what they are looking for.
- Provide a warm, professional and knowledgeable first point of contact.
- Ensure clients are matched with the most appropriate adviser or service.
- Maintain accurate client information and records within the CRM.
- Monitor the client journey and follow up where required to ensure a smooth experience.
- Capture feedback and client insight to help improve the overall customer journey.
- Work closely with Advisers, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the way clients experience the business.
- Support the development of client communication and engagement journeys.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
