About the Role

The team: The Client Services Analyst provides front-line support for the triResolve OTC derivative portfolio reconciliation service. You will collaborate globally with Product, Sales, and Development teams to ensure smooth service delivery, drive customer success, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities & Impact

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Lead client onboarding, deliver technical training, provide daily assistance (phone/email/in-person), and build strong client relationships.
  • Service Delivery & Operations: Normalise and handle trade data, review reconciliation outputs, and ensure structured, reliable service execution.
  • Pre-Sales & Account Growth: Assist Sales with prospective client meetings and demos; partner with Business Management to promote deeper service adoption.
  • Product & Workflow Improvement: Gather client feedback, define functional requirements, participate in UAT testing, and drive internal workflow efficiencies.
  • Market & Regulatory Awareness: Monitor industry changes, regulations, and market events to proactively adapt client workflows and service features.

What we’re looking for

Fundamental requirement

  • Core Skills: Outstanding client relationship management, strong analytical problem-solving, and fluent written/verbal English communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with text editors, advanced spreadsheet functions, data normalisation, and a basic understanding of computer logic or database structures.
  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with OTC derivative instruments, trade processing lifecycles, and basic market/credit risk concepts (e.g., yield curves, valuation).
  • Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience with triResolve (or collateral management/fund administration environments) and fluency in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, or French).
