Meet the Team
The Capital Development & Investor Relations team focuses on actively managing and engaging with a broad range of prospective and existing investor relationships through high-touch engagement across the limited partner lifecycle. Within EMEA, the team partners closely across client services and capital development activities to support thoughtful, client-focused relationship management, market intelligence, and regional business planning across Europe and the Middle East.

What You'll Do
- Manage inbound requests and opportunities from capital introduction teams, ensuring information is accurate, current, and properly recorded while identifying priority investors for outreach and engagement
- Gather peer and market intelligence and turn it into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders
- Track capital introduction events, meetings, and relevant offerings across the market
- Maintain data, including meeting notes, pipelines, and contact records, while helping improve workflow efficiency and data quality
- Support client services requests, including subscription documents, transfers, and other ad hoc investor-related needs
- Host operational due diligence calls and help ensure a professional, well-organized investor experience
- Contribute to project-based work such as RFP coordination, competitor analysis, and other strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain country-level business plans and provide in-office support to colleagues traveling across the region

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in client services, investor relations, capital development or a similar environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving accurately and efficiently
- A proactive, dependable approach and the judgement to respond quickly to team and investor needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Comfort working across ad hoc requests, recurring processes, and longer-term project work
- A strong work ethic, sound judgement, and a hands-on mindset in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
