Job Title: Client Service Associate

Location: London

Working Pattern: Onsite

Contract Duration: 1st Dec 2026

Your role

We are looking for a professional to support Client Advisors in managing relationships with external asset managers, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring the efficient handling of banking and investment-related activities.

You will:

  • Work closely with a Client Advisor and jointly manage a demanding portfolio of external asset manager clients.
  • Support Client Advisors with daily administrative, operational, and client service activities.
  • Maintain direct telephone and personal contact with clients, handling account opening documentation, fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, and other client requests.
  • Coordinate product maturities, monitor pending tasks, maintain client static data, and perform various control and reconciliation activities.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, back-office teams, and specialist departments, while gaining exposure to a broad range of Wealth Management products and services.

You will work with:

  • Client Advisors serving large external asset managers across the UK market.
  • Back-office teams and specialist departments across Global Wealth Management.
  • External Asset Managers and professional financial services clients.

Your expertise

  • IOC Level 3 qualification or higher (can be completed after joining).
  • Ideally several years of experience in a front-office banking environment.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and wealth management services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a quick ability to learn and adapt.
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work.
