Prosperis is a well-respected Financial Planning firm based in Knaresborough. We are looking for a Client Services Associate to come and join our friendly team.
We are looking for individuals who are approachable, self-motivated, and ambitious. Successful candidates will need to have a strong work ethic with an attitude to succeed and possess a good level of administration and IT skills. Experience within Financial Services is preferred but not essential.

This role will be providing essential administrative and client service support to advisers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
Responsibilities
- External Relationships
- Liaising with Providers/Platforms to aid valuations and policy information.
- Dealing with client calls and emails.
- Internal Relationships
- Working closely within the administration teams and other support teams within the company.
- Working closely with all advisers to provide full support preparing for client meetings through to New Business and adviser instructions.

Qualifications
We expect an individual in this role to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and hold the following qualifications:
- GCSE’s, Grade C and above (or equivalent)
