Who we are
VisaDoc is an AI-native B2B SaaS platform that automates business-visa assessment and fulfilment for enterprise corporate travel clients. Translation: when a company needs to send its people across borders — legally, quickly, without the usual chaos — we're the platform that makes it happen. We're early, we're moving quickly, and we're already trusted by serious enterprise clients (ISO 27001 certified, if you like your due diligence).
This isn't a call-centre seat. It's a real role at a company that's genuinely going somewhere.
Role description
- Own the front line. You're the first responder in Intercom, talking directly to travellers who have questions — reassuring them, answering fast, making a stressful process feel easy.
- Run point on inbound email. Triage what comes in: handle what you can yourself, and cleanly hand off the complex travel visa cases to our specialist team.
- Be the human that makes the tech feel human. Our platform does the heavy lifting; you make sure every traveller feels looked after.
- Build the playbook. You won't be handed a rigid script — you'll help write it. Spot what's breaking, flag it, fix it, make it better.

Qualifications
- Truly bilingual — fluent, natural, professional in both English and Spanish (written especially).
- Based in the Americas (Central or South America) and able to work independently from home, day one.
- 1–2 years in travel visas or global mobility is the sweet spot — enough to know what a visa headache looks like. Strong client-services people with a hunger to learn the visa world will absolutely be considered.
- A self-starter who likes ambiguity. No one's looking over your shoulder. You need to be the kind of person who thrives on that, not the kind who needs a manager two desks away.
- Genuinely excellent with people. Warm, calm under pressure, quick, and clear.
- Excited by "early." You want to be part of something growing rapidly — and you get that a fast-moving team means both more freedom and more building.
